Location Openings - City of Rocklin

Texas Roadhouse – Confirmed for Rocklin Commons near Sierra College Blvd. This will be a full size location serving hand cut steaks, ribs, burgers, and made from scratch sides. Expect the classic peanut buckets and fresh baked rolls with cinnamon butter. Hiring has begun, which usually means an opening later this year once buildout is complete.

Burger Bros – Now serving Oklahoma style smash burgers inside the Hot Off The Griddle location. Breakfast and brunch in the morning, burgers take over in the afternoon and evening. Thin pressed patties, crispy edges, grilled onions smashed into the meat. It has already started pulling steady dinner traffic.

T% Coffee and Tea – Newly opened boba and specialty drink shop offering milk teas, fruit teas, espresso drinks, and customizable sweetness levels. Modern interior, geared toward students and families. Early promotions brought in solid opening week crowds.

Placer Roasting Company – Local roaster with in house roasted beans, espresso drinks, and a small tasting room feel. Focused on small batch roasting and higher end coffee profiles rather than chain style drinks.

Notty’s Italian Burrito – Casual counter service concept wrapping Italian flavors into burrito style handhelds. Think chicken parm, meatball, or Italian sausage ingredients folded into a tortilla. Quick grab and go style.

That level of personalization can be a draw for move-up buyers like you, because it allows you to hand pick the fit and finishes you’ve been wanting for so long.

Most new construction homes are built to current building standards and buyer preferences, which means you could see built-in smart home features, better energy efficiency (which can lower utility bills), and even more modern floor plans and features. And if your layout just isn’t working for you anymore, you may find exactly what you need now in a new home.
