About Carlee

Hi, I'm Carlee Dalmau, a Sacramento based real estate agent with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Over the years I've worked for lenders, invested in real estate, and served as a real estate agent, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of the buying and selling process. Those experiences have also helped me build strong relationships with loan officers, escrow companies, inspectors, contractors, and other professionals who help make transactions run smoothly.

I have a particular passion for helping clients see the potential in homes. Through my close connection to the home renovation industry, I frequently work with buyers seeking properties they can improve, as well as sellers looking for guidance on which updates will make the biggest impact before bringing a home to market.

Originally from the Monterey Bay, I've called Sacramento home for most of my adult life. I love the area for its diverse cultures, beautiful scenery, and the many recreational opportunities nearby, from snow parks in the winter to the river in the summer, with the coast only a short drive away.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy adventure and exploring Northern California. My husband and I have shared a love of motorcycles throughout our marriage, and we enjoy riding together through wine country and along the scenic roads of Northern California. I also enjoy spending time around the glider community and love the experience of soaring through the skies in places like Truckee whenever the opportunity comes along.
