At a time in my life, Scott was there to search, find, and close the deal on a home of my dreams. We had come across a property that was opening bids the following day from which we toured the home. There were already three bids on the home and bid was the fourth. Scott led me through the things we needed to do to come out the winner.
The next day of opening the four bids was pretty hectic waiting to hear the outcome. It was exactly 4:30pm in the afternoon when Scott called me informing me I was the new home owner. My first encounter with Scott was pure chance. I came in from Los Angeles and called the listing agent for a property that I was interested in. He happened to answer the phone and offered to show me the property. He showed up on time, he was very unassuming, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was not your typical agent and I immediately felt at ease. I knew right there and then that he was going to be my agent.
We searched for a couple of months and made multiple offers on several properties, until I found the right one. Never, did he try to take a shortcut or steer me the wrong way, always listened and looked out for my interest. The purchase of the property from the bank was very smooth without any hiccups.
While owning the property as a rental for the last few years, if I ever needed a favor or help with the management from time to time he was always ready to help without any expectations whatsoever, so naturally when it came time to sell he was my first choice even though there were many solicitors and many other offers.
This transaction brought Scott's strengths and skills into full display as it was a very difficult one from the onset. From having a deal fall through because of unqualified buyers to having a none cooperative tenant who followed through with a bankruptcy… all of this required a lot of maneuvering and diplomacy, in addition to a lot of patience and having good people skills. This is the true test of a good Agent. I've been in real estate for many years, never have I encountered such a difficult transaction. Had it not been for Scott the deal would have collapsed. So if I had to choose again, he will be my number one choice. I very highly recommend Scott to anyone interested in buying or selling a home

We meet Scott at an Open House. Being very knowledge and polite, we gave him our email address and stated where and what we were looking for. We immediately received emails with available homes for sale. Every day we called Scott, stating we would like to look at some homes, he made time for us. Very short notice on our part, very fast response on Scott's part.
